Add a new global Cmd+B hotkey that reads clipboard content, removes all hyphens, and sequentially types the cleaned text into the currently focused application. Include prerequisite checks for accessibility permissions and secure input state, error handling for clipboard access and typing failures, and system hotkey conflict detection to avoid overriding existing macOS shortcuts. Also add the project's git commit message guidelines in .trae/rules/git-commit-message.md.
